The Empower Kearney: Leadership Academy is a dynamic nine-month experience designed to cultivate and empower both established and emerging leaders. Through this program, participants will strengthen their leadership skills, expand networks, and gain the knowledge needed to make a lasting impact on their businesses and community. By bringing together a diverse group of individuals, we aim to develop resourceful, engaged, and forward-thinking leaders who will help shape the future of our community.
The academy runs September through May, with monthly sessions focused on leadership development and community engagement. Participants must complete all nine sessions in order to earn their certificate.
Overview:
The leadership development academy will meet on the second Friday of each month from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Each monthly session will include a focus topic, a community topic, and networking/growth opportunities. Lunch will be provided.

$699 for Chamber Members. $955for Non Members.
