Sides include a hearty Potato Bar (baked or mashed with all the fixings), roasted seasonal vegetables, and a gourmet Bread Board with flavored butters. Fresh salad options range from bold and hearty to crisp and elegant.

Ever wondered if you’ve got what it takes to round up cattle or catch a runaway outlaw? Step right up to our Roping & Lasso Station and give it a whirl! With a little coaching and a whole lot of laughs, you’ll learn the basics of twirling a rope and snagging your target. Whether you nail it on the first try or tangle yourself in a knot, you’re guaranteed some rootin’-tootin’ fun—perfect for photo ops and bragging rights.

Test your aim and your luck at the Whisky Ring Toss—a carnival classic with an outlaw twist! Toss your rings and try to land them on bottles of fine whisky for a chance to win bragging rights (and maybe a little liquid gold). It’s trickier than it looks, but win or lose, you’ll have a barrel of fun. Saddle up, steady your hand, and see if you’ve got the skills of a true sharpshooter!

Watch raw logs transform into stunning works of art right before your eyes! Local artist Dan Allenbaugh will showcase his incredible skill in a live chainsaw carving demonstration, blending precision, creativity, and a little sawdust magic. Select pieces will be up for grabs in a brief live auction—your chance to take home a one-of-a-kind masterpiece from the Outlaw Soirée.
