This year’s Outlaw Soirée is more than a night of celebration—it’s a full-flavored expedition across the untamed frontier, crafted by the culinary masterminds at Hoffman’s D’Creamery.

Guests will graze like legends at our Cowboy Charcuterie Table, loaded with smoked meats, beef jerky, dried fruits, housemade breads, and modern-day twists on cowboy caviar and bean dip. Then, warm up with outlaw-approved starters like Billy the Kid’s hearty beef stew and Jesse James’ chili con carne, served with rustic rolls and cornbread.

The main event? A marinated and grilled steak carving station, where our local chef, Grant Stivers of Farm Fresh Meats, will plate tender cuts of beef with gourmet sauces—plus smoked chicken over red beans and rice with smoky sausage. Sides include a hearty Potato Bar (baked or mashed with all the fixings), roasted seasonal vegetables, and a gourmet Bread Board with flavored butters. Fresh salad options range from bold and hearty to crisp and elegant.
