 mmit The Empower Kearney: Leadership Academy is a dynamic nine-month exper
 ience designed to cultivate and empower both established and emerging lead
 ers. Through this program\, participants will strengthen their leadership 
 skills\, expand networks\, and gain the knowledge needed to make a lasting
  impact on their businesses and community. By bringing together a diverse 
 group of individuals\, we aim to develop resourceful\, engaged\, and forwa
 rd-thinking leaders who will help shape the future of our community. The a
 cademy runs September through May\, with monthly sessions focused on leade
 rship development and community engagement. Participants must complete all
  nine sessions in order to earn their certificate. Overview: The leadershi
 p development academy will meet on the second Friday of each month from 8:
 30 am to 4:30 pm. Each monthly session will include a focus topic\, a comm
 unity topic\, and networking/growth opportunities. Lunch will be provided.
  Registration: $699 for Chamber Members. $955for Non Members. Members rece

  into education and workforce development systems within the community. Ja

 hrough growth mindset and coaching while exploring healthcare and public s
