As the governing body of the Kearney Chamber of Commerce, the Board of Directors plays an important role in setting the policy agenda for the Chamber and ensuring its fiscal viability. Members of the board represent large and small businesses from Kearney, Missouri who believe in the relentless pursuit of a vibrant and prosperous business community.

Board of Director Applications Now Being Accepted

Serving on the board is a rewarding experience and an opportunity for professional growth. If you’re interested in serving, return the completed application to the Kearney Chamber of Commerce, Attn: Stacie Bratcher via email, mail or in person. Applications are accepted January 1st – April 15th. Applications will be kept confidential and on file at the Chamber office. They are used by the Chamber’s Nominating Committee to identify and evaluate potential board candidates. This committee will interview potential board members and make recommendations to the full board of directors. Directors are approved by the general membership and elected by a majority vote of current board members.
