Cancellation Policy: Reservations cancelled prior to the deadline can be carried over to another luncheon. Reservations cancelled after the deadline will be charged full price.  If you are unable to attend, please let us know if someone will be attending in your place.

This presentation will cover Missouri Paid Sick Leave, ADA/Disability Claims (What small employers need to be aware of), AI in HR, (when to use and not to use) And what HR updates small businesses in our area should keep on the radar.  Paul Sackett is the founder of YourHR, a Kansas City–based fractional HR leadership practice that helps small and mid-sized businesses build stronger teams and navigate the complexities of managing people. With more than 30 years of human resources experience across recruiting, operations, and executive leadership roles, Paul partners directly with business owners and leadership teams to provide practical HR guidance without the need for a full-time HR executive. A graduate of Northwest Missouri State University, he is known for embedding himself into organizations as part of the team, helping leaders make smarter people decisions that support growth and culture.
