The North Kansas City Business Council is offering a particularly timely program with real value to business owners and leaders at their August 27 luncheon, and have opened an invitation to all Chamber and EDC friends in the Northland.
Justin Ricklefs, founder and CEO of Guild Collective and author of Give a Damn: The Catalyst for Caring Companies, will share practical ways leaders can build stronger teams, improve employee retention, and create better customer experiences—without adding to their budgets or creating more layers of management.
Justin brings a strong Northland connection to the program. He owns a business in Liberty, graduated from Oak Park High School, and has built a nationwide career as an author and consultant following leadership roles with Learfield Communications and the Kansas City Chiefs.
