DESCRIPTION:Session 9 – Agenda May 8\, 2026 – Lifelong Learning In our 
 final session\, we will focus on the lifelong journey of leadership growth
 —the understanding that leadership is not a one-time achievement\, but a
 n intentional\, daily process. As often taught by John C. Maxwell\, “lea
 ders develop daily\, not in a day.” This session will challenge particip
 ants to reflect on how they have grown throughout the Academy and how they
  will continue developing beyond it. We will explore the shift from positi
 on-based leadership to influence-based leadership—recognizing that true 
 leadership is measured not by title\, but by the ability to inspire\, empo
 wer\, and elevate others. Participants will leave with a renewed commitmen
 t to personal growth\, understanding that an organization\, team\, or comm
 unity cannot rise beyond the level of its leadership—and that their cont
