I enjoy Kearney and its community and its friendly home town atmosphere. Everyone is very welcoming and I truly enjoy doing business here. The proximity to the amenities of the downtown area as well as the historic rural sites in the community at the pace of a town on the outskirts of the suburbs make for interesting activities all year long.

When I'm not working real estate, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my horses and dogs. I enjoy that feeling of great achievement that accomplishing a physically demanding project provides. I've come to realize that life is too short not to enjoy it.

I am proud to be a real estate agent. I help homeowners make informed decisions about selling their homes by offering property evaluations, comparative market analyses, and the most recent market information. And as a RE/MAX agent, I am able to market my clients' properties with the strength of the most nationally recognized brand and logo in the industry.

One aspect of my business that I take pride in is the personal interaction with my clients during and after each transaction-building that rapport and actually getting to know the client and what they want. Helping buyers and sellers define their dreams and sculpt their wants and needs into a reality is exciting.
